We were very saddened and disappointed to have £260 worth of £20 notes laundered at our fundraising Fireworks Display. Our team worked very hard that evening to raise money for much needed iPads for School, which made the incident even more galling. But, out of a bad situation came two local businesses, Marsh Garage of Leonard Stanley and Wavelength Recruitment, who on hearing of our plight donated £260 each to our fundraiser brining our total to £1960! We were blown away by their generosity, the School recognising this by presenting Thank You cards to both businesses. Both businesses good deeds were highlighted in the Stroud News & Journal.
